Cancellation Policy

BY REGISTERING FOR YOUR FIREFIGHTER SKILLS PREPARATION SESSION YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THE FOLLOWING

CANCELLATION

Participant cancellations will be accepted at no charge if a written notification is received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course start date.


REQUEST TO TRANSFER SESSION DATE

Requests to reschedule for another offering will be accepted, at no charge to the participant, if a written notification is received a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the course start date.


CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEES

Registrants who do not attend or do not complete the course (“no-shows") or who cancel or reschedule after the cancellation date will be invoiced for the full course fee.


SUBSTITUTIONS

Our organization is pleased to accept substitutions for its regular courses/events provided the individual meets established requirements for the offering and that sufficient time is available for completion of any pre-course work. In the event of discrepancies, the Registrar will be responsible for determining whether requirements are met.


Access Rescue will adhere strictly to this Cancellation and "No Show" Policy in the administration of its offerings. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness), the Registrar may offer the participant an opportunity to attend a future course offering.
